<title>Chenilles et papillons du réseau</title>

Lorsque nous traversons une phase de recherche d'emploi nous sommes des chenilles. Et le jour où nous trouvons le bon job, nous devenons un joli&amp;nbsp;papillon.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;L'état de chenille n'est pas agréable:&amp;nbsp;on&amp;nbsp;a conscience d'avancer lentement, de n'intéresser personne&amp;nbsp;et on est particulièrement pressé et anxieux&amp;nbsp;de se transformer en papillon.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Le papillon, quant à lui, virevolte, papillonne,&amp;nbsp;et fascine l'observateur extérieur par sa folle activité.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Le problème qui se pose souvent dans le Réseau, c'est&amp;nbsp;lorsque le papillon oublie qu'il&amp;nbsp;a été une chenille. Prenons le cas de Jean-Luc qui, lorsqu'il cherchait un job, se plaignait que ses contacts réseau en poste soient si long à lui répondre et à le recevoir; et qui était très en colère quand l'un deux lui opposait un refus.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maintenant qu'il est en poste, le papillon Jean-Luc n'a soudain plus le temps de recevoir les personnes que le Réseau lui envoie. En refusant ainsi de jouer le jeu du &lt;em&gt;Networking&lt;/em&gt;, il ne respecte pas sa règle de base qui consiste à redonner aux&amp;nbsp;uns ce qu'on a reçu des autres. Certes, il existe&amp;nbsp;toujours de bonnes raisons pour refuser des rendez-vous avec des chenilles inconnues recommandées par des relations. Mais, le papillon ne doit jamais oublié&amp;nbsp;trois choses:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- la chose la plus précieuse dans le Réseau, c'est sa propre réputation;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- le Réseau n'oublie pas et garde en mémoire les bonnes actions, comme l'absence de réaction;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- contrairement&amp;nbsp;aux lois de&amp;nbsp;la nature, dans la vie professionnelle, un papillon peut redevenir une chenille.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A force de dispenser mes conseils sur le réseautage professionnel, il fallait bien que je les applique à moi-même.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;C'est fait puisque j'ai quitté BPI pour rejoindre&amp;nbsp;L'Espace Dirigeants, comme Directeur Associé.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Grâce à qui? Grâce au Réseau, bien sûr!&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Flashback: mi-2008, lors d'un déjeuner avec le Président d'un groupe de recherche d'emploi, celui-ci&amp;nbsp;me propose de me faire rencontrer Olivier de Conihout, Directeur Général de l'Espace Dirigeants pour &quot;faire connaissance&quot;.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Quelques déjeuners et entretiens plus tard, je prends la décision de m'associer avec l'équipe réunie autour d'Olivier. L'Espace Dirigeants est un cabinet d'outplacement spécialisé dans la transition de carrière des dirigeants.
